Terms
Last updated 20 June 2026
These are the terms for using Solve My Website. They are written plainly. By using the site or asking us to build your preview, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].
What we do
We build websites for small and local businesses. You can ask for a free preview first. There is no charge and no obligation to see the preview, and nothing goes live unless you approve it.
Price and payment
Our current prices are on the pricing page. You only pay once you have seen your preview and decided to go ahead. Ongoing care is billed as set out on that page. We will always be clear about the price before you commit.
What you own
When your site is paid for and live, the website and its domain name are yours to keep. If you leave, the site is still yours.
Your part
- Give us accurate details so we can build the right thing.
- Only send us content and photos you have the right to use. You confirm you own them or have permission to use them.
- Use the service lawfully and not for anything misleading or illegal.
Cancelling
You can stop at any time before you approve the preview and owe nothing. After your site is live, you can end ongoing care by letting us know; your site and domain remain yours.
Our responsibility
We take care to build your site well and check it by hand. We cannot promise specific results such as a certain number of enquiries. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date above.
