No hidden fees. Every site is built for one flat £299 and is yours to keep. Hosting, security and your domain are in every monthly plan. Quick fixes to phone, hours, photos, typos and existing prices are always free; new sections, new pages, rewrites and features count as bigger changes. Looked after and Growing include two bigger changes a month; extra bigger changes are £35 each.

The questions everyone asks first.
Do I need to pay anything upfront?
No. You get a full preview first. You only pay the setup fee once you have seen the preview and decided to go ahead. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
What if I do not have a website yet?
That is fine. We work from a short interview: your services, your area, your work photos. No existing site required at all.
What is the monthly fee for?
Hosting, your domain, and keeping everything running. Looked after and Growing also include ongoing care, like changes, content drafts and a monthly update, so you are not back to us with a bill every time something needs updating.
Do I own the site?
Yes, outright. The files and the domain are yours. If you ever want to move away, we hand them over with no argument. No lock-in, no hostage domain.
Who actually builds it?
We do: the copy, the build, the imagery. And every single site is checked by a human before it ever reaches you. Every site is checked by a real person before you see it. We never skip that.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes. Cancel any time. You keep the site files. You would need to arrange your own hosting and domain to keep the site live, but there is no lock-in period and no cancellation fee.
How long does a build take?
Preview in 48 hours. Live site within a few days of you approving the preview. Bigger businesses with a lot of services or areas may take a day or two longer.
What about changes after it goes live?
Quick fixes to existing content, such as phone, hours, photos, typos and prices, are always free on every plan. Looked after and Growing include two bigger changes a month, with Growing jumping the queue. On Keep it live, bigger changes are £35 each. Nothing surprise-invoiced.
Why pay a setup fee?
No upfront cost usually means you are renting: paying forever and owning nothing. With us you pay once to build, then from £29 a month, and the site is yours. You walk away with an asset, not a bill.
Do you do e-commerce or booking systems?
Not currently. We focus on credible, call-driving websites for trades and local businesses. If you need a booking system, we can recommend one to bolt on, but it is not built in.
