No hidden fees. Hosting, SSL and domain management are all in the monthly. Extra changes beyond your allowance are £35 each. Bolt-ons any time: SEO setup £149 · Google Business £99 · extra page £99. Any plan can be spread across 4 monthly payments.

The questions everyone asks first.
Do I need to pay anything upfront?
No. You get a full preview first. You only pay the setup fee once you have seen the preview and decided to go ahead. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
What if I do not have a website yet?
That is fine. We work from a short interview — your services, your area, your work photos. No existing site required at all.
What is the monthly fee for?
Hosting, your domain, and keeping everything running. Standard and Premium plans also include ongoing upkeep so you are not back to us with a bill every time something needs updating.
Do I own the site?
Yes, outright. The files and the domain are yours. If you ever want to move away, we hand them over with no argument. No lock-in, no hostage domain.
Who actually builds it?
We do: the copy, the build, the imagery. And every single site is checked by a human before it ever reaches you. That QA gate never gets skipped.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes. Cancel any time. You keep the site files. You would need to arrange your own hosting and domain to keep the site live, but there is no lock-in period and no cancellation fee.
How long does a build take?
Preview in 48 hours. Live site within a few days of you approving the preview. Complex builds (Premium, many areas) may take a day or two longer.
What about changes after it goes live?
Standard and Premium plans include a changes allowance each month (2 and priority, respectively). Basic plan changes are £35 each. Nothing surprise-invoiced.
Why pay a setup fee?
No upfront cost usually means you are renting. At £50–£80/mo, two years costs £1,200–£1,900 and you own nothing. Our setup fee is one-off. After that you pay £25/mo and the site is yours. Over two years that works out cheaper, and you walk away with an asset, not a bill.
Do you do e-commerce or booking systems?
Not currently. We focus on credible, call-driving websites for trades and local businesses. If you need a booking system, we can recommend one to bolt on, but it is not built in.
